An Oregon farmer announced upcoming "Goat Yoga" classes with a video of a yoga instructor performing poses with a baby goat on her back.The video, posted to YouTube by Lainey Morse, shows a professional yoga instructor attempting to perform poses outside while a baby goat balances on her back.
The woman's yoga routine is complicated by the fact that the goat appears more interested in nibbling on the instructor's yoga pants than participating in the fitness regimen.
"The person in the video is the yoga professional that is giving Yoga classes at my farm and we're calling it Goat Yoga," the uploader wrote online. "I had her out to practice and I put the goat on her back. It was the first take so it was a little awkward for her but super adorable."
